So here’s something out of the blue (no pun intended). I’m drawing Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends (bloody long title, let’s just call it Fosters) fan art. I love that show, the animation, plots, and character designs are enchanting. I’ve always felt that Frankie lives a sort of Cinderella story. She cooks, cleans, and cares for every imaginary friend in that household but is always barked at (I know rabbits don’t bark) by Mr. Harriman. I can’t help but think that, as a child, Frankie probably spent most of her time playing around in her grandmother’s house with all of the imaginary Friends. This picture is about how Frankie is looking at Goo and Mac playing with Wilt and wishing she could be a kid again. I really liked how all of the characters turned out, I looked up a dozen screenshots for reference on the characters so that I could get every detail down. Oh, and by the way, Frankie is doodling a poorly drawn picture of herself beating up on Mr. Harriman.

Everything you know is wrong
Black is white, up is down and short is long
And everything you thought was just so
Important doesn't matter
Not familiar with the show, but the picture looks great!
Aw, how sad. I love that show, too. I know Wilt doesn't wear anything other then shoes, socks, and a sweatband, but for some reson he looks naked. Great job on getting the details right!
Nice work, Didj.

Unfortunately, my childhood sucked. Luckily, I'm currently living in a state of care-free, responsability free post-college adulthood, and having the time of my life. Nothin' like having nothin' to do, says I.

You did a really good job of getting the characters to look like themselves but still in your own style. It is a great show, isn't it?

Thank you, I use the most painfully tedious method that offer's the best results for my line art.

I've often thought that girls who love yaoi were closet lesbians to the same effect that if a guy liked watching two butch hairy women make out.
Awesome job!

I like how you draw the characters in your style. Brings out the life in the characters.

Although Frankie looks older than she really is in the show, but thats my opinion.

You've got Mr. Hariman done perfectly, still strict and British as usual *clears throat*

you should do a pic of Frankie as a kid with her own imaginairy friends running around the house. Could be an interesting prospective.
That's a very cool makeover!!!!
