My Little Mages- Shining Armor

This is the next entry into series 4 of My Little Mages. Shining Armor as an Ardent. Choosing Ardent as his mage class was pitch perfect. Not only is an ardent a magical armored defender class, the definition of the word "ardent" means impassioned.

In Shining Armor's initial sketches, I tried to work his cutie mark design into his chest armor. But that ended up making him look like some kind of fantasy themed Captain America. So I worked them into his gauntlets instead.
