Dance, Ila, Dance

I have to say that this one took me quite a while. And at least one point where I wasn't sure if I was going to bother finishing it. It's been a while since I've done some good old frame-by-frame animation. Since I figured that Adobe Flash was as good as anything else for that medium, I set off to animate something. Though what that something was at the beginning I had no idea. As it so happened I had Kylie Minogue's "Love at First Site" playing and I envisioned my character Ila dancing to it. I didn't want to fiddle around with finding fitting royalty free music to add to this, so just put your favorite dance song on and see Ila dance to it. I would like to comment though on how I toned down some of the detail in Ila's design. I took out the ruffles in her skirt and the patterns on her shirt and bandanna. Other than that she's all Ila.

Maybe someday, if I'm bored, I'll enhance this with more detail and perhaps shading.
