Oh Canada, the true north strong and freeeeee! Yay, it's Canada Day.... BOO, I have to work today. So as I sit here eating breakfast I'm uploading this pic that I spent my days off composing. It took me hours to digital ink this cuze I chose the most tedious method to produce the best results. And here they are, the gang from my comic celebrating Canada Day. I personally like how I made Snipe appear as if he's having the time of his life. I almsot feel as if I used too much red and white in this picture, but that's why I chose to have Didj wearing a blue shirt. And for those of you who are wondering, Isis is wearing an Ottawa Senetors hockey jersey. I took the picture for the background on Mackenzie King Bridge. I has a good view of both Parlament Hill and the Readu Canal. But the foreground characters are completely covering the canal so, ah well.
-Didj Daily DeviationGiven 2007-09-13CC on Canada Day by *Didj Although I'm not usually a fan of Photo BGS with Cartoons, I think this image pulled it off well. The characters are nicely expressive and colourfully patriotic over a very appropriate backdrop. I only wish I had seen this on Canada Day, but theres no sense in only being patriotic one day a year. (Suggested by =javeman and Featured by `misskittyoooo) Comments This is really something... The line art and colouring are outstanding!
